Quite simply, we LOVE to come to work.
Not only are we fulfilled, but honoured by the thanks we receive from our customers, many who have become dear friends over the years and all who come into our stores just to say HI and see what's new... knowing that they'll find something.
The challenge of finding new and unique merchandise is exciting but it can be hard work. The pleasure in new discoveries and bringing them in to the store, then having our customers get excited makes it all worthwhile. Knowing that in some way we have touched the lives of others in the treasures they have in their homes or in the gifts received that came from Heartstrings gives us such a feeling of pride and connectedness to our community.
Our desire to give back, to somehow show our thanks is paramount and we hope we achieve that goal in our customer service.
We feel energized to go that extra mile every time someone comes in and shares a story about their experience in Heartstrings.
